This is how the Fairy Godmothers of the Cinderella Dreams Project feel about the young women we help. Can you imagine being a teenage girl, dreaming about attending her Junior or Senior Prom, only to realize that the cost of a dress is out of reach?
Cinderella Dreams for 2013 is now over. We had over 1800 dresses donated by the Richmond-area community and businesses.
We also exceed our goal this year and had over 450 young women find the dress of their dreams for prom this year.
The Midlothian Junior Women's Club, Puritan Cleaners, YMCAs of Greater Richmond, Westchester Commons and Cox Media Group - Richmond are joining forces to ensure that no young woman is denied her chance to experience a quintessential event of adolescence – attending her Prom. The Cinderella Dreams Project aims to help shoulder the financial burden of attending this formal event by providing gowns and accessories for free to any girl who, like Cinderella, needs help obtaining a gown for the ball.

Information on the 2013 Cinderella Dreams Project can be found using the menu above or to the right. If you are a young woman in need of a gown, you may click here.
